Teterin Engineering is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System. The accreditation is with Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) who recently performed a 2-day audit on Teterin’s quality management system.
The audit was a resounding success with no non-conformities identified and was described as a very mature system. The company’s Continual Improvement system was reported as a positive, in particular, the initiative made in 2020 of introducing the Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is managed by an independent market research firm.
The audit also gave high praise to the company’s FY 2021 on-time delivery performance of 100% on-time for the past 8 months.
