Teterin is “The Ultimate in Precision”, but after our two most recent independent quality audits, we could just as well also be “The Ultimate in Perfection”!
In recent weeks Teterin has undergone two quality system audits of its management processes. The audits were conducted by NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) which is Australia’s leading accreditation body and LRQA (Lloyds Register Quality Assurance) an international accreditation body auditing Teterin’s ISO 9001 – 2015 systems.
We are delighted to report that in both audits Teterin passed with flying colours recording NIL findings with high commendations on the “maturity of the Teterin systems and in particular that the Teterin tradesmen not only understood what they were doing but it was impressive that they understood why they were doing it”.
“We are naturally delighted with the audit results. It is a true reflection of the commitment of the Teterin Team to observing best practice through our quality management systems and the belief that the Teterin Quality systems deliver the best results for our customers and personal pride in the quality of our work.”
Peter Burgess – Managing Director, Teterin Engineering
Teterin has been ISO 9001 accredited for at least 30 years. A recent review of audit results revealed that, since the 2015 audits of our Teterin management systems, audits have resulted in only one minor non-conformance with LRQA and two minor conditions from NATA.
A pretty impressive performance that justifies Teterin as “The Ultimate in Perfection”!
